Why I Wrote This Book
I remember a time when I felt incredibly overwhelmed. My plate was overflowing, and I was running on autopilot, chasing goals but not truly enjoying life. The stress became unbearable, and I kept expressing it to those around me.
I remember telling my mom, "I don't know what to do anymore." She responded with, "Why don’t you try yoga?"That’s the answer so many of us get when we say we’re struggling—just add another thing to your plate. Even if it’s something good for us, it can feel impossible to do.
That’s why I wrote this book. I wanted to dispel the myths about self-care and show that:

It’s not one-size-fits-all
It won’t always work perfectly—and that’s okay
